Contrast Therapy

Hot and cold therapy or contrast therapy is currently the rage in the wellness world. We will offer a bespoke hot and cold therapy system using a plunge pool and sauna. 

Pressotherapy

Pressotherapy is being used more and more to aid lymphatic drainage, assist with recovery and reduce the effects of delayed onset muscle soreness.

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment that uses low-wavelength red light to reportedly improve your skin's appearance, such as reducing wrinkles, scars, redness and acne. It's also currently being heavily researched to see how it treats other medical conditions.
