Terms and Conditions for UK Gift Voucher for The Wellness Lounge, Cardiff:

This voucher entitles the user to the service listed on the front of the voucher.

The voucher may only be redeemed at The Wellness Lounge, Cardiff.

No refunds or exchanges for cash or alternatives are allowed.

The voucher must be used by the date specified on the front.

To claim the voucher, the user may book their treatment via email, phone or through the website booking system, all of which are listed on the front of the voucher.

The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be resold.

The voucher cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

The Wellness Lounge reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

The Wellness Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

The user is responsible for ensuring they meet any necessary health requirements for their service.
