Gift Voucher Redemption

Whether you’ve received a printed voucher, a digital card, or a Fresha code, you can redeem your gift quickly and easily at Cardiff Wellness Lounge.

If you want to redeem against the public contrast therapy lounge please call or email us and we will supply you with a code to book. For anything else - Massage, Recovery Lounge, Oxygen etc please see below:

Step 1 — Identify Your Voucher Type

Your code will tell you where the voucher was purchased:

Website Gift Vouchers (Treatment or Cash Value)

These usually have a shorter order number such as:
Order #11050 (or similar)

Website Gift Cards (Flexible Amount)

These codes are longer, for example:
************P2TH (format varies)

Fresha Gift Cards

These are clear and obvious Fresha-style codes such as:
VBEGTYGL

If you’re unsure, don’t worry — we’ll help you at reception or by email.

Step 2 — How to Redeem Your Voucher

For All Website Gift Vouchers & Gift Cards

(Printed vouchers, digital vouchers, postal vouchers, and website gift cards — everything bought through our site)

Please redeem your voucher by booking through Fresha using this method:

  1. Book your treatment on Fresha as normal

  2. Scroll to the section called “Gift Card Redeem”

  3. Select the treatment that matches your voucher

  4. Complete your booking — it will show as £0

  5. Bring your voucher (printed or digital) OR email it to us in advance

We will validate the voucher on our end and:

  • Confirm the treatment

  • Apply the correct value

  • Charge any additional amount if needed

This keeps the process smooth and avoids mis-bookings.

This method works for:

  • Treatment Gift Vouchers

  • Cash Value Gift Cards (Website)

  • Postal Gift Vouchers

  • Seasonal vouchers

  • Any gift bought on our website 

Step 3 — How to Redeem Fresha Gift Cards

Fresha gift cards can only be redeemed directly inside Fresha.

To use them:

  1. Book your treatment via Fresha

  2. At the checkout page, enter your Fresha Gift Card Code (e.g., VBEGTYGL)

  3. Fresha will automatically apply the balance

Please note:

  • Fresha gift cards cannot be used in the café

  • They cannot be redeemed at the desk

  • They must be applied during the online booking process
