We offer a variety of memberships designed to fit your wellness routine – from regular massages to recovery sessions and unlimited contrast therapy.
Because our services are quite varied, we use two different systems to manage memberships:
Massage & Recovery Memberships – via Fresha
Our massage and recovery plans are managed entirely through Fresha (our booking platform).
These include recurring monthly memberships and prepaid packs, giving you the best value for regular sessions.

Contrast Therapy Lounge Membership – via Our Website

The Contrast Lounge (sauna, ice bath, red light, pressotherapy) uses a different system for memberships.
These are managed directly on our website and are separate from Fresha.

Unlimited Contrast Therapy Membership – £65/month

Unlimited Lounge access (subject to fair-use and booking policy).

Perfect if you want flexible and frequent cold & heat therapy.

We know it’s a little unusual – but we want each area to have the best booking experience.

Contrast Lounge memberships run directly on our site for simple unlimited access.
