Join us for a nourishing and immersive evening designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and reset.
We’ll begin by setting intentions and gently arriving in the space. You’ll then be guided through a deeply meditative sound bath, allowing vibration and frequency to quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system.
To complete the evening, spend time in the sauna, letting warmth, stillness, and community bring you fully back into your body before retreating to the coffee lounge for a relaxing Hot chocolate.
