This Winter Reset Sound Bath is a deeply nurturing experience designed to support your body and mind during the quiet heart of winter. Held in the warm, cocooning sauna room at Cardiff Wellness Lounge, you’ll be invited to recline fully, allowing the heat, sound, and stillness to work together in harmony.
As you settle into your chair or lounger, you’ll be gently guided into a state of rest before being immersed in waves of sound created by therapeutic instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and subtle rhythmic tones. These vibrations help calm the nervous system, ease muscular tension, and encourage the brain into slower, more restorative states.
