Memberships provide access to our shared contrast therapy lounge, designed for community recovery and performance. Sessions take place in an open, social environment where multiple guests use the facilities at the same time.

Most sessions are mixed-gender and follow this shared format. Limited women-only and men-only sessions are available at selected times each week.
