Service Description
These sessions are offered to support personal comfort, cultural or religious needs, and individual preference. They are identical to our standard contrast therapy sessions, simply held as same-gender groups. All guests are welcome to choose the session format that feels right for them.

Cancellation Policy
Contrast Therapy Lounge – Booking Policy Bookings & Cancellations All sessions must be booked in advance through our Wix booking system. Bookings are non-transferable and for the named customer only. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session to avoid it being recorded as a late cancellation. Late cancellations and no-shows will be recorded. Three in a rolling 30-day period will result in your online booking access being paused for 7 days (you may still attend as a walk-in if space is available). Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time with no refund. Health & Safety The sauna and ice bath are not suitable for customers who are pregnant. Customers with uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgery, or other contraindicated medical concerns should seek medical clearance before booking. Use of the sauna and ice bath is at your own risk. Clothing, Towels & Etiquette Swimwear must be worn at all times – no nudity is permitted. Please bring a clean towel with you for hygiene and sauna bench use. If you don’t have one, towels are available to rent on-site. Robes, slides, and extra towels are optional but recommended for comfort. Maintain a calm, respectful atmosphere at all times. Service Availability We may adjust or cancel sessions for maintenance, cleaning, private events, or operational needs. If we cancel, you will be offered an alternative time or refund (for pay-as-you-go bookings).
