Our Flame & Chill Challenge Series offers three distinct levels designed to push your boundaries and help you achieve new heights of physical and mental strength. Whether you're just starting out, seeking to improve, or ready to conquer the ultimate challenge, we have the perfect level for you. Compete to earn your place on our prestigious Challenge Winner Boards and prove your mettle in a safe, controlled environment.

What do we have to do?!

Initiate Challenge: The Original Flame & Chill Lite Challenge

The Original Flame & Chill Lite Challenge at The Wellness Lounge

Are you ready to start testing your limits? Join us for The Original Flame & Chill Lite Challenge, a recruit-friendly version of our ultimate test of mind and body.

What to Expect:

  • 20-Minute Sauna Session: Warm up in our traditional sauna to elevate your core temperature and prepare for the challenge ahead.

  • Ice Plunge: Take the plunge into our ice bath, set to below 10 degrees Celsius. Fully submerge from the shoulders down and endure the cold for 4 minutes. This challenge includes one head submersion at the end.

Why Participate?

  • Every challenger who completes our challenge gets their picture hanging on the winners' parade!

  • Safe and Controlled Environment: Your safety is our top priority. We ensure all participants are fit to take part and closely monitor everyone throughout the challenge.

Rules:

  • Wear swimwear during the plunge.

  • Stay fully submerged, including arms and feet.

Challenger Challenge: The Original Flame & Chill Challenge

The Original Flame & Chill Challenge at The Wellness Lounge

Are you ready to test your limits and earn your place on the Challenge Winner Board? Join us for The Original Flame & Chill Challenge, where endurance meets resilience in the ultimate test of mind and body.

What to Expect:

  • 30-Minute Sauna Session: Warm up in our traditional sauna to elevate your core temperature and prepare for the challenge ahead.

  • Ice Plunge: Take the plunge into our ice bath, set to below 7 degrees Celsius. Fully submerge from the shoulders down and endure the cold for 5 minutes. This challenge includes three head submersions: one at the start, one halfway through and one at the end, these include a 15-second hold,

Why Participate?

  • Every challenger who completes our challenge gets their picture hanging on the winners' parade!

  • Safe and Controlled Environment: Your safety is our top priority. We ensure all participants are fit to take part and closely monitor everyone throughout the challenge.

Rules:

  • Wear swimwear during the plunge.

  • Stay fully submerged, including arms and feet. 

  • Must have completed the beginner challenge to enter.

Veteran Challenge: The Original Flame & Chill Elite Challenge

The Original Flame & Chill Elite Challenge at The Wellness Lounge

Are you ready to push your limits to the extreme? Join us for The Original Flame & Chill Elite Challenge, the ultimate test for those who have mastered endurance and resilience.

What to Expect:

  • 40-Minute Sauna Session: Warm up in our traditional sauna to elevate your core temperature and prepare for the intense challenge ahead.

  • Ice Plunge: Take the plunge into our ice bath, set to below 4 degrees Celsius. Fully submerge from the shoulders down and endure the cold for 6 minutes. This challenge includes six head submersions: one at the start, four halfway through, and one at the end with a 25-second hold.

Why Participate?

  • Every challenger who completes our challenge gets their picture hanging on the winners' parade!

  • Safe and Controlled Environment: Your safety is our top priority. We ensure all participants are fit to take part and closely monitor everyone throughout the challenge.

Rules:

  • Wear swimwear during the plunge.

  • Stay fully submerged, including arms and feet.

  • Must have completed the intermediate challenge to enter.

How to book?

To book an entry you need to make sure you qualify (Check the rules) and then book a Recovery Lounge session for AT LEAST 60 minutes, when you book you can also select an "Add on" on fresha called Flame and chill and select your level.
