Important Parking Notice – Please Read Before Your Next Visit

We want to make everyone aware of an ongoing issue affecting some of our clients when parking on site.
Recently, a number of visitors have received parking charge notices despite correctly entering their registration number either on the main reception terminals or on the terminal inside our lobby.
After carefully reviewing multiple cases, we have been able to confirm, using our reception camera, that several clients did enter their details properly. This means the problem appears to be with the parking system itself rather than user error.
Unfortunately, the parking system is operated entirely by the building landlord’s parking contractor. We do not control the system, the cameras, the enforcement, or the fines, and we cannot cancel charges ourselves.
We have contacted the landlord repeatedly and asked them to urgently investigate the system and, if necessary, disable it until it is proven reliable. We are still awaiting a response on this.
What We Strongly Recommend You Do When Visiting
Until this is resolved, please protect yourself:
After entering your registration, take a screenshot or photo of the confirmation screen.
This is currently the best proof you can have if a charge is issued incorrectly.
If You Receive a Parking Charge
You must appeal directly to the parking company using the email address shown on the letter.
When you appeal:
State you entered your registration correctly
Attach your screenshot/photo (if you have one)
Attach your booking confirmation (Fresha booking email or notice)
We cannot overturn the charge ourselves, but when copied in we can support your case and provide evidence where possible.
From The Wellness Lounge Team
We are genuinely sorry this is happening to some of our clients. We know how frustrating and stressful it is, especially when you’ve done everything correctly.
Please understand this system is outside of our control, however we are actively pushing the landlord for urgent action and a full review of the enforcement process.
Thank you for your patience and for helping us gather evidence while this gets resolved.
